Rule 201
Procedure and Powers of Privileges Committee

(1) According to sub-rule (5) of Rule 200, the Privileges Committee shall start proceedings as soon as possible after receiving the document with the proposal.
(2) The Chairman of the Privileges Committee shall organize the proceedings of the Committee under the direction of the Speaker (3) The Privileges Committee may, in the course of the investigation, issue arrest warrants, subpoena witnesses, hear evidence, file documents or make statements.
(4) If deemed necessary, the Privileges Committee may take action against the person accused. If the Privileges Committee detains someone accordingly, it should inform the meeting. If the meeting cancels the action, the detained person should be released from detention as soon as possible.
